This summer has been a whirlwind but so awesome having so much time with my little boy- he’s 4.5 years old right now and it’s the cutest age. My husband got an amazing job back in May doing what he truly loves and we couldn’t be more thankful. With that being said, I had to take some things off of my plate this summer.

But, we DID have a lot of awesome lake visits and beach visits. I also wrote a slew of new recipes all summer including my NEWAugust recipes that are simple to make, kid-friendly, protein-packed and easy to meal prep. Check them out…

I’ve also revamped my 8 Morning Rituals for Vitality. When we moved to Austin last May, I started implementing these after a pretty chaotic decade before that. I finally have stability in my life and these rituals have been life saving for my mental health, physical strength and longevity.

Warm lemon water is a must for me upon waking.
