January doesn't have to mean deprivation…

Do you dread the new year and the societal pressure to shape up and eat healthy?đź«ŁIf so, follow along on my Nourishing Comfort Food Series this January. Seven delicious, comforting dishes and sips will be posted throughout the month all made with nourishing ingredients.

All recipes are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and so decadent:

Ingredients for my Easy Paleo Sheet Pan Dinner.

I adore this smoothie because it contains protein to help keep my blood sugar regulated. It’s absolutely delicious and tastes just like a blueberry muffin at your favorite local bakery. Full of superfoods like organic blueberries, almond butter and collagen, you have a nutrient dense and delightful smoothie in your arsenal.

I’ve participated in at least a dozen rounds of whole30 and can truly say that it was a huge influence in my transformative story of healing. If you are in need of a reset, I would highly recommend this one.

Here is my whole30 roundup with my recipes that are whole30 compliant or easily adaptable.

This cozy dinner was a client favorite for years in my personal chef days.

I’ve edited the classic notion of shepherd’s pie with a turkey chili-type filling then topped it with a bright and citrusy sweet potato mash topping.

I’ve remade this classic with the addition of gluten-free all purpose flour and fresh rosemary in the stew as well as in the fresh dumplings.

My gluten-free rosemary chicken and dumplings will fool anyone who loves the classic.
